Postcode Lottery Supports Esports Youth Club

We're delighted to share that Esports Youth Club (EYC) has received funding awarded by Postcode Local Trust, thanks to funds raised by players of the Postcode Lottery. This vital support is helping us strengthen our foundations as an organisation, so we can continue delivering the high-quality programmes that young people across our community rely on.

What This Funding Means for EYC

While much of our work is visible in the sessions, activities, and spaces we run for young people, there's a huge amount that goes on behind the scenes to make it all possible. This award is supporting our core operational costs, the essential running of our organisation that keeps everything moving.

Thanks to #PostcodeLotteryPeople, this funding is helping us to:

• Sustain and develop our programmes: ensuring every session we run meets the high standards young people deserve, from our youth hubs to our outreach work

• Invest in our team: providing training and professional development for our experienced youth workers, so they're equipped with the latest skills and approaches to support young people effectively

• Build long-term sustainability: strengthening our organisational capacity so we can plan ahead with confidence, respond to the needs of our community, and continue to grow our impact

• Maintain the quality of our provision: covering the day-to-day operational costs that are easy to overlook but impossible to do without, from resources and equipment to the safe, welcoming environments we create
